Terms of Sale - Gamefy Academy

These Terms of Sale govern all transactions made on the gamefy.tn website and the Gamefy application. By using our services and making a purchase, you unconditionally accept these terms.

1. Purpose

Gamefy Academy offers the following services through its online platform and physical venue:

Gaming room bookings with equipped workstations (PCs, consoles)
Esports coaching sessions (online or on-site)
Event and esports tournament ticketing
Hour packs and prepaid credits (Gamefy Wallet)

These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed on gamefy.tn or via the Gamefy application.

2. Pricing and Currency

All prices are displayed in Tunisian Dinars (TND) and are shown before order confirmation. The applicable prices are those in effect at the time of the order.

All displayed prices include applicable taxes (VAT) in Tunisian Dinars (TND).

No additional fees are applied: the displayed price is the final price charged.

3. Payment Methods

The accepted payment methods are:

Flouci — online payment by bank card or Flouci wallet
Kashy — online payment by bank card or Kashy wallet
Gamefy Wallet — internal balance, rechargeable via Flouci
Cash — on-site payment only

Online payments are secured by our payment providers. Gamefy Academy does not store any banking data.

Orders are confirmed upon payment validation. A confirmation QR code is generated and sent to the user.

4. Additional Fees

No booking fees, service fees or platform fees are applied. The displayed price for each service is the final price.

A discount may be applied when booking a room and coaching session together (room + coach combo). The discount percentage is shown during booking.

5. Service Delivery

Gamefy Academy services are digital and on-site services:

After payment confirmation, a QR code is generated and serves as proof of access
Gaming room access is via QR code scan on-site, for the reserved date and time slot
Coaching sessions can take place online (via Discord) or on-site at our premises
Event and tournament tickets grant access to the corresponding event upon QR code presentation
Hour packs are credited to the user's Gamefy Wallet and usable according to pack conditions

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Room and coaching bookings

Cancellation possible up to 4 hours before the session start: full refund
Cancellation within 4 hours of the session: not possible
After the session has started: not possible

Refund methods

Flouci payments: automatic refund to the original payment method
Gamefy Wallet: hours credited back to wallet balance
Kashy payments: non-refundable (user is informed before payment)
Cash payments: non-refundable

Events and tournaments

Cancellation and refund conditions for events and tournaments are specified on each event's page. They may vary by event.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Tunisian law, services with a fixed date (room bookings, coaching sessions, events) are not subject to the right of withdrawal once the service is confirmed.

8. Liability

Gamefy Academy is committed to providing its services with diligence. However, our liability cannot be engaged in cases of:

Force majeure or events beyond our control
Temporary service interruption for maintenance
Non-compliant use of services by the user

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of dispute, we invite you to contact our customer service at contact@gamefy.tn for an amicable resolution. Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Tunis, in accordance with Tunisian law.

10. Modification of Terms

Gamefy Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. The applicable terms are those in effect at the date of the order. The last update date is indicated at the top of this page.
